Therefore since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Hebrews 12:1

We have been doing outreach for over 18 years This is only a small portion of what we have done so far.

It has been a real pleasure to meet so many people from all walks of life and to have so many of them become life long friends. We are truly blessed.

Our face painting booth gave us the opportunity to visit with the youth attending the races. Many moms took the opportunity to sit in th shade away from the noise and rest while their kids received their paint.

 The Chefs that travel with the Indy Racing League bring extra food to California for their hospitality tents.  They donate all extra, and unused fresh food to area homeless shelters, churches and others that feed people in need. Team Jesus has been priveleged to partner with the IRL Chaplains to collect and distribute this food for several years. What a blessing to deliver eggs, milk, fillet mignon, fresh salmon! and so much more to people in need, in the name of Jesus.

This van full of food along with a couple more, was delivered to the Veterens Coalition to help veterens integrate back into civilian life while finding employment and housing.

The average donation at Infineon Raceway was in the neighborhood of 2000 lbs of food at each event. What a blessing it was to see the needy get the highest quality meat, vegetables and fruit. Meals worthy of the God we serve.

For several years the men that volunteer with Team Jesus, including band members, have provided a Car Winterization Workshop for widows, seniors, single women and others in need. As always there is no charge for our services.  While the men make sure the cars are road worthywith good tires and brakes, windshield wipers, belts and hoses in good repair, the women are welcomed into the waiting area where there are warm drinks, cookies, prayer and clothing for those that want or need any of those things.

This was just one of many workshops where our team members, band members and car guys from our church provided this service free of charge to those in our community.
